Hi, I’m Tia! 

Liturgical dance is my passion. The first time I ministered through dance was at the age of 13. There was an indescribable feeling on the inside of me too great to explain in words alone—it was the tangible presence of God. Through liturgical dance, God rescued my life, gave me purpose and shifted me from a place of trauma to triumph. One moment in God’s presence was the start of a growing passion to pursue after His heart through worship, devotion and praise. 

In my 20 years as a both a national and international liturgical dance minister, I’ve been blessed to minister in Germany, Turkey, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, Virginia, and of course, the great state of North Carolina where home is. In addition to my experience in liturgical dance, I hold both Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Communication Arts. My love for God, the Arts, and liturgical dance ministry birthed my desire to train liturgical dancers.
